Our Story
After years working in the renovation and construction industry, we started to question an assumption most of us are taught to accept, that the way our homes are built is designed with our best interests in mind. The deeper we looked, the more that belief unraveled. ​

Modern homes are increasingly filled with synthetic materials. They consume more energy than ever, generate enormous waste, and often overlook the most important factor: how the space actually feels to live in. I began to notice how certain environments affected my body, especially spaces with freshly applied paints, no natural light, or poor air quality. That curiosity turned into a deeper study of materials, indoor environments, and the subtle ways homes shape our health.
We believe homes hold untapped potential for our health and wellbeing.

A home environment interacts with our bodies, our senses, and the natural world. Light guides our sleep and wake cycles. Materials shape the air we breathe. Spatial flow and outdoor connection influence how we feel, move, and recover.

When designed with intention, a home can support the nervous system, reduce stress, and create a deeper relationship with the surrounding environment.
Our approach is rooted in designing with the whole system in mind.

We consider how a space is oriented to natural light, how air moves through the home, and how materials impact both long-term health and daily comfort. We prioritize low-toxicity, breathable finishes and quality materials chosen for durability, performance, and feel.

Biophilic principles guide our layouts, inviting views, movement, and connection to the outdoors from as many spaces as possible. Lighting is approached intentionally, supporting natural circadian rhythms throughout the day. Every decision is considered for how it will be experienced visually, physically, and emotionally over time.
