We'll begin with a free discovery session, where we'll get to know you, how you live, and what you want your home to support going forward. This clarity allows us to define the right scope, priorities, budget, and overall direction from the start. You can get answers to any questions you may have. From there we create a detailed project proposal.
Complimentary Discovery Session
Design & Plan
Once you agree on the proposal, we establish a clear design vision and begin planning the home room by room. This stage focuses on thoughtful layouts and big-picture decisions, ensuring everything feels aligned before progressing further.
Design Development & Coordination
Once the floor plans are approved we refine finishes and key details, coordinating closely with builders, home designers, and trades as needed. Our role is to ensure the design intent is clear, cohesive, and ready to be executed by creating blueprints that are ready for your builder.
Design Support During Build
As construction or renovation moves forward, we remain involved to answer design questions, review details, and support decision-making. While the contractor manages the build, we advocate for the design so the final result reflects what was envisioned.
